Philosophy:  To take a patient centered research based approach to nutrition. I will determine what foods the patient enjoys that are the best for a given problem, condition or goal. In some cases I will reduce or eliminate food that contributes or causes trouble. I will not force anyone to eat anything they do not like. I only recommend supplements when they are needed and have a philosophy that the fewer pills a person must take, the easier it is to comply.
