Dr. Edward Carden is internationally revered for his work both in the field of pain management and anesthesia-related inventions including endotracheal tubes and ventilators. With over 15 years of experience in interventional pain management, he specializes primarily in the treatment of complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and cervicogenic headaches. 
 
After graduating from the University of Cambridge Medical School, Dr. Carden completed his residency in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dedicated to education, he has taught at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and at the University of California, Los Angeles. At present, he is a clinical professor at the University of Southern California. The author of more than 60 publications, Dr. Carden has spoken often in professional and public settings about pain management and frequently appears as an expert on the subject on national television.
